At Collage Master, we take pride in crafting personalized photo collages with precision and care. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly provide a replacement of the same item.

Returns & Exchanges

Since all our products are custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please contact us immediately at info@collagemaster.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement.

Damage & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, kindly notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
✔ Clear photos of the product & packaging
✔ Your order number

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement if eligible.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds due to the personalized nature of our products. However, if your product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
