The finished product is very nice. It is a slow process to communicate with edits because there is a huge difference in time zones. I would message them, but it would be about 12 hours before they answered because of the time difference. That's not anyone's fault. It is what it is.
They tried but did not always understand what I wanted done. They were eager to please, and eventually I got the collage the way I wanted it.
I initially paid for 8x10, but they recommended I upgrade to 11x14 because they recommended it would look better. I paid the difference based on their recommendation even though I didn't want it that large. When I had it printed, I went ahead and had it done 8x10, and it looks great. I did waste money paying for the 11x14.
The gift will be very appreciated by my friend and that's what is important.
