1. Add to Cart

To add an item to your cart, select the “ADD TO CART” option on the product page. And select the relevant customizations. 

2. Review the Shopping Cart

After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, material, and quantity by selecting the cart option at the top of any page on our website. 

3. Upload the picture

It is recommended that you upload the picture while ordering to make sure you get your product the soonest. You can add the pictures, later on, our messages will give you further details. 

4. Proceed to Checkout

When you are ready to order, select the “PLACE ORDER” button located in your shopping cart. And make the payment. You will then receive a confirmation message and subsequent updates for your order.

Once we receive your pictures, before printing, we offer you a preview of how your personalized collage would look via email. After reviewing the collage's digital print, you may suggest modifications or amendments (if any). And then we may proceed with the final printing of your beautiful, personally customized collage!

You can add the pictures while placing the order directly. Or you can take your time to gather together all the photographs you can find of the memory, event, or day you want a collage of and share them with us so that we may proceed towards designing your perfect memory collage!

We would certainly suggest photos be printed as per their size to ensure clarity and sharp print quality. However, we can design if your number of pictures is between 1-175.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of after we get your approval on the collage preview. 

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. 

All the orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. Most of the orders are delivered to your address within 4-7 working days from the date when the order is placed. 

We are covering your shipping costs with our current promotional offer. You would have to pay no shipping charges. 

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. 

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Import duties and taxes for shipments around the world may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Collage master encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to College master at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

CollageMaster ensures quality products and packaging to our customers. We have partnered with reputed courier agencies for safe and timely delivery. The shipping is always free. We give returns and possible replacements only for product damages. 

No, CollageMaster does not accept returns on collages as the collages are personalized and customized as per the specific needs and requirements of specific individuals. 

You can Self Return it. If you dislike the product received, you can follow the below steps to send the product to us:

• You can Self Return the item to us within seven days from the delivery date
• We will send a replacement or initiate a refund for the products to your source account once we receive the product
• You will bear the shipping charges to return the products.
